1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using NoobVenture at noobventure.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What NoobVenture is

NoobVenture is a personal site operated by gamenoob92. It hosts a blog, a portfolio of projects, a small downloads section (free tools and templates, email-gated), and a shop selling merch and gear. The site is provided as-is, with no uptime guarantee.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Submit illegal, harmful, defamatory, or rights-infringing content through the contact form, comment fields, or any other input.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the admin area, the API, or the underlying infrastructure.
• Interfere with the operation of the site (automated abuse, denial-of-service attempts, spam).
• Scrape the site or its API at a rate that degrades performance for other visitors.
• Resell, redistribute, or relabel downloadable assets without explicit written permission.

We reserve the right to block or deny service to anyone who violates these rules.

4. Downloads

Free downloads are provided for personal use under the licence terms stated on each download’s page. Where no licence is stated, the default is: free for personal and non-commercial use; commercial use requires written permission. One-time download links sent to your email expire after a limited time and are intended for single use by the person who requested them.

5. Shop orders

When you place an order in the shop, a contract is formed once we confirm the order by email. Prices are shown in NOK (Norwegian kroner) and include applicable VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. EU/EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the Norwegian angrerettloven; the right does not apply to digital goods that have been downloaded or to clearly personalised items.

Items remain the property of NoobVenture until full payment is received.

6. Your content and rights

You retain ownership of anything you submit through the contact form. By submitting, you grant NoobVenture a limited right to read, store, and reply to your message.

The site’s code, design, written content, and downloadable assets created by gamenoob92 are the intellectual property of NoobVenture and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

NoobVenture is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from data loss. Downloadable tools and templates are provided without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose — you use them at your own risk.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NoobVenture shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site — including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid through the shop in the 12 months preceding the claim, or NOK 0 if you have not made a purchase.

9. Changes to the site

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. Blog posts may be edited or removed; products may be discontinued; downloads may be retired.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. The “last updated” date will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.
